Hi Chris, I am writing to you to express both my gratitude and sincere thanks for successfully executing such an effective and stress free marketing plan to sell our rental property in Bondi Junction. As you know we live in New York and while we had expressed a desire to sell our property we were concerned about the distance and time zones. You spent a great deal of time on the phone with me, talking through the process and providing great market color. Through either daily or weekly emails and phone calls we felt like we were in good hands. At no stage did I feel like I needed to get on a plane to manage the process! Genevieve has been providing short term rental management services since 2004 for my property at McMahons Point.
