Hi Chris, I am writing to you to express both my gratitude and sincere thanks for successfully executing such an effective and stress free marketing plan to sell our rental property in Bondi Junction. As you know we live in New York and while we had expressed a desire to sell our property we were concerned about the distance and time zones. You spent a great deal of time on the phone with me, talking through the process and providing great market color. Through either daily or weekly emails and phone calls we felt like we were in good hands. At no stage did I feel like I needed to get on a plane to manage the process! In addition to developing the marketing campaign, you managed the preparation of the property for sale including furniture hire, gardening, painting, repairs, upgrade to bathroom and kitchen and building and pest inspection reports. This was via Sydney Boutique’s extensive contractor relationships and as based in New York I would have felt very uncomfortable managing this not on site! The final week of the marketing campaign heated up with maybe 10+ interested buyers and several making preemptive offers ahead of the auction. I highly recommend the management and sale services of Genevieve Taylor and Chris Delaney from Sydney Boutique Property. Genevieve has been providing short term rental management services since 2004 for my property at McMahons Point. Since I reside in Canada, the unit is rented in the intervals between my visits to Sydney to visit family. Until Genevieve managed the unit, we used other rental agencies and always had problems with sporadic bookings, accounting which were neither accurate nor current, unpaid bills and negative cash flows.
